At Mind Health Co. our mission is to provide evidence-based education, training and support on the topics of Mental Health Awareness, Wellness, Suicide Prevention and Mental Health First Aid.

Knowing why, how and when to have a conversation and provide support to someone can have a positive impact on a person or better yet, save a life!

The programs and courses we offer have a whole of population target, nationally. All courses are relevant to individuals regardless of age, demographic, gender and status.

Mind Health Co. Trainers and Facilitators are educated and sector experienced and offer support at all times to provide much-needed training to the community.

Founder and Director

Paige is a passionate go-getter with a restless entrepreneurial spirit and passion to best serve every community she is part of. A natural leader with infectious positivity, she leads from within and brings a bright smile to every room she enters.

PJ is never the loudest voice in a room, the words he chooses to speak are with consideration and tact. A gentle spirit, he leads by example as someone true to his word, dedicated to starting conversations that matter.

Brand and Relationships Manager

Alex is a creator at heart, bringing an playful spark to the Mind Health Co. team. A natural communicator with a helper spirit, she enjoys starting conversations that really matter and builds genuine relationships with ease.

Organisational Systems Manager

Brooke compliments the Mind Health Co. team with her organisational flair and administrative expertise. Her ‘get things done’ attutide mean no to-do list is too long and she keeps the team on track.
